A service designed for small to medium sized organisations where senior management value the role that HR can play but whose size prohibits hiring a permanent resource.

Over a number of years, QCG has provided a number of key clients with a retained HR service whereby an experienced HR practitioner from within the QCG consulting team is provided for the equivalent of three days per month on a long term contract.

Over time, the QCG consultant provides a high level of HR advice and guidance and becomes a key member of the  leadership team.
