QCG's latest research on 2010 reward practices

QCG has recently carried out an extensive programme of industry research on reward practices. This includes:

1. QCG’s Reward: Recession & Beyond Survey. Published in February 2010, the survey examines pay and bonus awards and other significant developments in 2009, and reward leaders’ expected practices for 2010 – all analysed by industry sector;
2. QCG’s Reward Leaders Forum. Working with top industry heads of the reward function, the Reward Leaders Forum is the essential hub of much of our forward thinking on reward – and how to address the most challenging issues facing reward leaders.
