Thriving HR & Reward Consultancy – building a new recruitment division

We are looking for an energetic self starter to set up a recruitment business alongside our established HR and Reward consultancy. QCG already has a successful track record in supporting organisations across all sectors improve their business performance through people related interventions. Our research has shown us that there is a gap in the market for a recruitment offering that blends technical HR & Reward knowhow with Recruitment and Selection capability.

We want a Recruitment Consultant to grow this new business area. The successful candidate is likely to have a CIPD qualification or similar combined with a number of years’ experience as a recruiter ideally within a successful agency. He/she will be an energetic and confident person with the capability and desire to generate new business.  An established track record of managing and meeting client expectations for high quality within agreed time scales is also essential. High ethical standards are a prerequisite in addition to the ability to work at a fast pace.

Terms & conditions will include OTE £50k p.a. and 25 days holiday p.a. The initial contract will be for 6 months.
