We are often asked to help clients improve their managers’ skills, and as a result, we have developed a workshop to achieve exactly this aimed at new and/or inexperienced managers, team leaders and supervisors.

We have created a practical and participative suite of modules to suit all the participants’ styles and shape the mindset of your future leaders.  As a result of taking part in this workshop, participants will:

• Understand what a manager’s role is all about and how it contributes to tangible business benefits
• Learn more about team dynamics, motivating and developing others
• Communication and building relationships
• Learn how to conduct good meetings, plan workloads and delegate effectively
• Practice giving constructive feedback and how to respond to feedback
• Benefit from a ’safe’ environment
• Have some fun and become more self-aware

We can be flexible about the location and duration of the workshop and its content. 

We will adapt all our material to meet your business needs and tailor our style and process to what works best with your culture and values.  You may wish to add a development questionnaire of 360 degree feedback to the process – and we can do that too!

How much does it cost?

Prices start from £1,500 plus VAT which includes tailoring the programme to your areas of interest, delivery of the day and copies of all the materials.
