Members of our Coaching Network have developed training for managers to enhance their coaching skills through group or individual work.  Our qualified coaches and supervisors work with top teams, senior managers and high potentials either through a traditional 1:1 coaching relationship or by developing an individual’s own coaching style.

Participants in the Coaching Skills workshop will:

• Learn about what coaching really is and what it is not
• Explore how a coaching style can deliver business benefits
• Understand the principles, skills and techniques associated with training
• Practice coaching in a ’safe’ environment
• Increase their self-awareness and how behaviour impacts others.

We can be flexible about the location, duration, format and content of the training and we will adapt our materials to suit your business need, organisational culture and values.

How much does it cost?

Prices start from £1,500 plus VAT which includes tailoring the programme to your areas of interest, delivery of the day and copies of all the materials.
