Case Study - Japanese owned high tech company, UK division
- Having worked on a variety of consulting projects we were asked to help a team of senior managers whose roles were growing at a time of transition.
- We introduced one of our coaches to the then UK MD (moving to EMEA role) to explore the requirements in more detail.
- The senior managers’ roles and levels of accountability were about to grow significantly as the UK MD transitioned to an EMEA-wide role.
- The purpose of the coaching programme was to support the managers and help them through turbulent and demanding times, gaining confidence to take on bigger roles.
- We managed a 360º feedback exercise, psychometric testing and a coaching programme over a six month period.
- Following the programme the ex-UK MD reported a demonstrable increase in capability levels and confidence, in the face of an increasingly tough commercial environment.
