QCG offers a flexible coaching service, including the initial selection of coaches, the individual matching process, and the supervision and evaluation of coaching provided.

With expertise ranging from executive and/or developmental coaching through to psychotherapy and personal support, our coaches are able to offer differing levels of support, depending on client needs.

All QCG’s coaches are part of an expert-led coaching supervisory structure, and are able to deploy a range of psychometric and developmental tests.

We can also provide private off-site meeting facilities.
