Reward Leaders’ Forum – next event

February 22nd, 2012

The focus of the next Reward Leaders Forum (RLF) event run by QCG will be performance-related reward, including practices and trends relating to different forms of performance-related rewards, differentiation of performance-related rewards by different employee levels/groups and the communication of performance-related rewards. This event will be held on the 19th of April in Central London and we will be joined by some guest speakers, as well as senior reward professionals representing a range of organisations from a number of different industries. 2012 and Beyond Reward Strategy Survey

The results of QCG’s ‘2012 and Beyond Rewards Strategy Survey’ have now been published and provide real insights into how organisations approached rewards in 2011 and their reward strategies for 2012 and beyond.
