Coaching Programme
Providing a programme of coaching for senior managers
The Project
The head of a corporate function of a global retailer commissioned QCG to deliver a coaching programme to his senior managers. The company uses an engagement assessment tool to provide a score for each department and for this team, the aim was to understand what behaviours underpin the assessment and raise their scores.
Our Role
We took a detailed brief and selected several of our coaches to take part in a matching meeting with the managers who were going to take part. The coachees selected their coaches who worked with them through a series of 1:1, confidential sessions.
Outcome
Following the coaching programme one of the coaches has facilitated an Away Day with the whole team and subsequently worked with one of the managers and his supervisors. Overall, the department’s scores have improved and the team is working more cohesively.
