Vicki joined QCG after over eight years of consulting experience, having worked as a Senior Consultant for Sibson Consulting, followed by work as a freelance consultant.
Vicki’s work is centred on working with clients to attract, retain and motivate their key talent by reviewing, designing and implementing reward structures and incentive schemes, performance management systems and talent management processes. She has also run global employee satisfaction surveys and assisted with wide scale organisational restructures.
Recent projects include the design of an executive long-term incentive scheme for a global telecommunications firm, a review and redesign of the sales incentive and annual bonus scheme, competency framework, pay bands and performance management processes for a global technology company, and a review of leadership rewards for a leading public sector organisation.
Vicki has worked across a wide range of industries in the private sector, and also has experience in working with the public sector, particularly on reward schemes. She holds a BA (Hons) degree in History and German from Bristol University. |
