Sophie has over 10 years experience in HR and Management Consultancy, and has supported a wide variety of organisations through major change.
Working with a broad range of stakeholders and customers, Sophie has helped organisations understand and improve their employee engagement and performance, reduce costs and deliver services more efficiently. She has worked with both newly established public sector bodies and internationally established brands, as well as supporting a number of mergers.
Specific HR tools she has developed with clients include competency frameworks, employee reward and incentive schemes, performance management processes, and staff surveys.
Sophie has a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages, an MA in Personnel and Development, and is a chartered member of the CIPD. |
