Shelagh is a highly experienced OD and Learning and Development practitioner specialising in Leadership Development, Coaching and Coaching Supervision. For the past 9 years, she has been working as an independent consultant.
An associate with QCG since 2002, Shelagh has actively been involved with designing and implementing bespoke executive coaching and leadership development assignments with key clients. She has over 25 years’ experience in both the private and public sectors and has led teams in HR, change and organisation development in a number of blue chip organisations.
Shelagh has a Masters Degree in Organisational Analysis and Behaviour from Lancaster University, Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and Post Graduate Certificate in Supervision for Coaching from Oxford Brookes University. She is also accredited to use a number of psychometrics including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), ©Strengthscope, The Hogan Inventory involving the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT). |
