Richard is an experienced HR and change management practitioner within the manufacturing, service and public sectors. He joined QCG in 2005 and leads the interim management practice, as well as working on a number of consultancy projects.
Richard has held specialist roles in management and organisation development, as well as senior positions in profit-responsible management and group services in a range of industries. He has also had Board level responsibility for HR, Pensions, Property, and Purchasing with a FTSE mid-250 company.
Richard’s recent projects include: working on business transformation at Board level, corporate strategy and planning, organisation development, and business restructuring. |
