George has over 20 years experience of both HR and People Development in both the public and private sectors. Before becoming a consultant he was Head of Human Resources for Bank of Ireland in the UK, overseeing a number of large scale people - related change projects. His private sector experience also extends to large scale manufacturing while Personnel Manager at Moy Park, Northern Ireland’s largest food company.
Since becoming a consultant in 2002, George has also advised on HR projects in the Northern Ireland Assembly, the Northern Ireland Office, the Water Service, NITB and the NI Legal Services Commission as well as a number of clients in the South of Ireland. He has also worked with smaller private sector organisations in the finance/insurance sectors and to business start ups.
George has also owned and managed small businesses in Northern Ireland and brings a practical and commercial focus to people related change issues.
He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. |
