At QCG we have a team of experienced consultants from a wide range of backgrounds. Many have operational experience outside the consultancy world, as well as expertise gained from some of the largest international consultancy firms.

Our approach is pragmatic and business led. We believe in tailor made solutions, and so approach each assignment with energy and commitment, working closely with our clients to create their best possible solution. We are prepared to challenge the conventional wisdom, enabling both us and our clients to get to the bottom of issues and understand the full picture of interdependencies and business impact.

We take a flexible approach to projects, working in a way that suits our clients’ specific business and culture, the level of day-to-day support required and the challenges they face. This may involve one or more consultants working with you as external experts and facilitators, or perhaps the more hands on support of an interim manager.
