Charlotte joined QCG in early 2008 and has since worked on a variety of reward and performance related projects.
Reward projects include supporting the management of complex financial pay models for a heritage organisation undergoing restructure and for post-merger government departments. Charlotte has completed a variety of pay benchmarking and data analysis exercises for both public and private sector organisations. Charlotte is also involved in QCG’s Regulators’ Salary Survey and QCG’s Project Management, Engineering & Technical Club – or ‘PET Club’ for short.
Charlotte has contributed to the development of competency frameworks, staff surveys and skills audits.
Prior to joining QCG Charlotte worked in Human Resources in a number of HR line roles. Charlotte has gained a BSc Hons in Psychology and Statistics and Diplomas in Professional Business Economics and Strategic Planning. |
