Brendon has spent 15 years helping a wide range of organisations achieve positive change while working in the NZ Civil Service, as a reward and change Consultant at Towers Perrin, and as an associate of QCC since 2001.
While much of his consulting has been within the private sector working with media, IT and finance companies, he has also worked extensively with a wide range of organisations in the public sector. This experience, which spans all aspects of business improvement, enables him to offer clients a broad perspective on the issues they face.
Brendon helps our clients deliver their strategic goals by improving their internal operations in ways appropriate to the markets they are competing in. This often involves the use of bespoke methodologies and tools to reshape structure, strengthen core business process, align supporting systems and develop people capabilities.
Examples of clients Brendon has worked with include: the Criminal Records Bureau, Emap Plc, Transport for London, Isle of Man Government, RBS, Compaq, Natural England and Defra.
