Alison has over 17 years HR and consulting experience, in both line manager and consultant roles. She joined QCG in 2002 and leads the HRM practice and runs our Coaching Network.
Alison has worked with a variety of clients in the public and private sectors on management development, performance and reward, employee research, change and communications.
Recent projects include: managing a coaching programmes for senior managers in a private sector IT company and in a global retailer, supporting a government department in its review of reward and performance management, and working with a NDPB to improve their performance management process and leading a career development benchmarking project.
Alison holds a BA (Hons) in History, a master’s degree in Library and Information Studies, certificates in psychometric testing and is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. Alison is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD. |
