Victoria joined QCG in 2009 and is responsible for business development. She is an experienced HR Consultant and Executive Coach with over 16 years’ experience in the HR field both in corporates (Telecom Italia, Definitive Group) and in consultancy (Hudson Global Resources). Victoria also set up her own HR Consultancy, Definitive Resource Management in 1999 which focused on providing practical and sustainable HR Support and in particular to the dot.com start-ups. She sold it 2 years later to Hudson Global Resources where she became the Director of the Talent Management Consultancy.
During her career, Victoria has worked with a wide variety of blue chips and SMEs focusing on talent acquisition, talent identification and development, employee engagement and HR and Resourcing Audits.
Victoria is a graduate from University of London (Royal Holloway) in French and Italian and is in the process of completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester. She is a member of the IOD and CIPD. |
